Communication, Academic Writing and Self-Development:
The course will enable the M.Ed. scholars to gain deep and systematic understanding about their personal and professional self. They will learn to develop individualized plan for their further development. This will help them to develop understanding about emotions and its management, and how to manage themselves in stressful situations through time management, conflict management, frustration management and stress management. Eventually, they will also realize the significance of Yoga and Meditation for strengthening their mental well-being. In addition, the M.Ed. Scholars will also understand about various ways of communication in their professional world, especially about the academic writings. This course is full of hands-on experiences and activities along with conceptual learning.
